Sport and entertainment has been the focus of attention of our entrepreneurial activities since the 1974 FIFA World Cup.

Starting out as a classic book publisher, the digitalisation of the creation, marketing and distribution of content, especially live football, has opened up unexpected opportunities for expansion. Exclusive and high-quality content creates the basis for successful global marketing.

This development is becoming increasingly capital-intensive and therefore requires innovative financing and investment concepts. Investors have recognized the sports investment sector as a high-yield asset class.

As a partner to our clients we work with the best talents and companies worldwide through our international network.

    Consulting

    Marketing

Sales and marketing are the central source of revenue and cash flow.

In sports and entertainment, these are primarily: rights, licenses, advertising, subscription revenues from payment services, technical royalties and goodwill.

We act globally as an agency or dealer of these assets.

We license technologies for applications in sports.

We market personalities in a 360° approach.

    Investment

NIEMANN has versatile financing and investment experience with projects and investments. Investments in football, such as clubs or stadiums, are evaluated and offered to investors together with our partner Lincoln Interantional AG.

In 2017 NIEMANN launched one of the first sport investment funds in Germany with BAFIN approval. Distribution partner was the bank Donner & Reuschel with a target volume of €200 million.

At the end of the 1990s, the VICTORY Media Group, at that time with Dr. Robert Niemann as shareholder and board member for marketing and sales, launched 23 media funds with an equity capital of €500 million.

We offer our advisory services on the buy-side and sell-side.

    History

The company’s history goes back to the publisher Peter Niemann, who over 40 years ago recognised the media combination of sport and entertainment and realised it in his publications.
